The realm of web designing is a very different animal from other design mediums such as print. Web designing hosts a slew of workarounds, frustrations, programming variables alongside an infinite creative space — that and the perks of instant gratification which web publication provides.

I hand code all of my HTML (and JavaScript) using the indespensible BBEdit text editor, but also use design tools such as GoLive, Photoshop and Illustrator to aide in complex site layouts. When I started building a site for myself, I didn't know that I would be opening a whole new can of worms. Boy, was I in for a big surprise!

Below are several examples of web sites I designed and developed.

Creating a personal web site sounds easy enough right? Wrong! Designing your own site is like sewing your own clothes to wear. This is what my splash page used to look like...

The Dreams Lifestyle, Travel and Entertainment magazine — online; serves as a supplement to the printed monthly publication.

I was given the task of giving the web site for DiscountTireCenters.com a much needed facelift. Opting for clean lines and a layout that showcases the products rather on the site design, this is what I came up with.

Medical Career College's web site, designed for the PennysaverUSA Internet Services group. This site faithfully mimics the school's print program structure but with the added visual ease and navigability that the web provides. Click here to see more demo sites »

Designed for a HHS Internet Services client, Storage USA's franchise co-op web site.

Web site redesign for Symmetree Products. This site is a frame based web page that uses Javascript rollovers for navigation. This site serves as the online company brochure of their many herbal products such as tea tree oil.

Corporate web site for Simmons Mattress Gallery. Functionality within the site includes mapping to store locations and downloadable PDF coupons. Flash-based "sleep guide" will be added soon.

The prototype site I co-developed with my colleague Regman of PanPan Designs for Community Financial.

The web site developed for Money Mailer's Franchise Licensing. This web site concentrates on introducing the company and the franchise opportunities it offers.

Not just offering free coupons online but also allowing the visitor to specifically find a usable coupon for businesses in his area. Money Mailer.com was designed to be easily used by the customer.

The demo web site for Viva® Telecommunications. This site is still under further revisions but key information is already there.

The PanPan Designs web site was conceived as a venue for the Regman and Myself's freelance web design group. Unfortunately, due to lack of time, the site has not been updated since it went up online. (maybe someday)

This intranet web site was designed to quickly provide the Money Mailer Franchise system an easy access to information and online registration for the corporate conventions.

The web site design I developed from the ground up for the Money Mailer's contest namely called "i want 2 win".

The Information and Registration web site for the 1999 Money Mailer Annual Convention. This web site is redesigned yearly to reflect the theme of the convention.
